From my home in colwyn bay
to my jobs at Co-op Old Colwyn and British Heart Foundation Colwyn Bay, and volunteering for the Insight app, every step has shaped who I am. I’m proud to be part of the Conwy Connect forum and enjoy numerous activities with them, always supported by my amazing team.

There nicknames are Chris captain smiley Debbie Duck π¦ Haley b the freindly dragon and Blessing mother hen Sebastian the crab π¦ and Greg papa Smurf and the big boss Tina turner james they all make sure I am okay and safe when out in the community helping me with my anxiety we all have fun π€© together doing crazy stuff and acting goofy π€ͺ for my YouTube channel they are a great team sometimes me and my male staff have man talks it's sometimes nice to have a chat with a male staff as sometimes I get a bit nervous chatting to the female staff but they are trained to listen to me so thanks best support team
